What I Got For Christmas 2016

I must admit, I read these kinds of posts and watch videos every year but I've always been too lazy to write my own. Well this year, I've just about pulled it out of the bag. If you're nosy like me, read on...

I have notebooks to last me for ages now but they're all so beautiful. I love notebooks and each one of them needs a special purpose, so I won't be getting through these quickly. Also, loving this weekly desk planner, from my best friend. 

The Coveteur is an amazing coffee book table (although I don't have a coffee table yet) all about the closets of the world's most famous and stylish people. Seriously, it's so inspiring and the photography is stunning.

 I spent my Christmas money waaaaaaay before actual Christmas and put it towards an Olympus Pen E-PL8. I am so glad that I did. This camera has changed the game for me. I'm so blessed and thankful.

I have the cutest bottle of Aura by Swarovski. I've never tried this before. I've got this thing about beautiful perfume bottles, so I'll be keeping it as a blog prop when it's finished.

I love that my nail polishes are nicely topped up. How gorgeous is that rose gold clutch bag? The lightning bolt is very Bowie-esque. This isn't all of my gifts because there are a couple of exchanges to go but this is the majority and I'm so grateful. I hope that everyone loved their gifts as much as I loved mine. I have the most thoughtful family and friends. 

 My little brother bought me this Kate Spade travel mug and I'm a tiny bit obsessed with it - mostly because it's so photogenic. The polka dot one was in one of my gift guides, so I was super excited to get it for Christmas. I haven't used it but when I do, my soy vanilla latte will never have looked so stylish. 

I haven't opened this yet because the packaging is so gorgeous. As soon as I do, I'll post it to my Instagram. Thank you, Chrissy!

I also had the mostly lovely box of goodies from my Secret Santa in The Freelance Lifestylers group. I can't thank you personally because it was a secret (duh) but I know you read my blog. I love the tags, Sharpies, notebook and chocolates. So thoughtful.

 This is the Urban Decay lipgloss when it's actually on. A nude shade that I'll be returning to again and again.

 Okay, so my eyeliner went exactly according to plan today. I'm very much aware that it's a fluke too, so I had to document it.
